Could you PM me on Monday to remind me to look. I have a manual that shows all the defferent trucks, and how to camo them. I will look at it also.

I know you have seen and have the manuals for the M880 series, but have you ever seen a NATOPS manual for the M880 series put out by the Navy? It looks like any other NATOPS manual the Navy/Marines put out for aircraft and equipment. I have one it is about 4 inches thick. I was on Okanawa in...
The planes that are being sold are most likely hanger queens that have been picked over to were there is little left in them. We got in 3 H53s from that bone yard this year to rebuild to replace war loses. The 3 that were picked to be rebuilt were dogs!, but they were the best in the bone yard...
First, the estate sell would be mine! 20 years in the Marines did not train me for being married to a red head, they are not famous for taking prisoners.
I own 20 plus military trucks and trailers. I just put the two deuces in with the others....but the red deuce fire truck does stick out. Last...
Thanks for every ones help. I will call lakescreen printing, I know the owner, he is a good joe, and does 100% restorations on his military trucks!!!
I was thinking of the 1 hour photo places....but, my Bride still does not know I have 2 deuces yet (M35A2,M530C), she might start asking...
Does any one know of a place where I can get a coffee cup with a M35A2 on it? It will not make the coffee at work taste better (our coffee comes with it's own MSDS sheet), but I would enjoy it more.
Thanks!
Not as lean, not as mean, but still a Marine. Frank
This ambulance would have been at a base hospital. Just about every base has an ambulance that is sat up to go off road. When I went into the Marines, Parris Island had a nice 1 ton Dodge sat up like yours. Here at Cherry Point last year they sold a jeep 1 ton from the hospital. They are "off...
You will have a blast! The biggest trophy I have was at a car/truck show that I took first place.....the guy next to me in a custom pick up (he did not even start it, the truck is winched into and out of the enclosed trailer) took second....his paint job cost more than my truck!
Get ready for...
Two small items to add.
They also were made into fire trucks (530 series). I have seen two firetrucks built on the M34 frame, one was on Fort Jackson (I am a Army Brat, but went to the Dark Side and joined the Marines), the other was on an Air Force Base on Okanawa in 1991.
I found a "stash" of...
Speaking of how many will fit....
Has any one seen the series of photos taken during the Korean war that show 3 jeeps going into a village. Next you see smoke coming up from the village. The jeeps had drivin into an ambush. 2 of the jeeps are blown up. The next couple of photos show 1 jeep...
lacoda56, nope, not for sell. The guy I got it from has it stored for me in one of his barns on his ranch. It is also a winch model, with complete armor......and runs! This is the first M2 I have ever had.
Keep looking, this one I got was found on a farm, The guy I got it from sent me a photo of...
Welcome to the world of armor. With the wall behind the drivers seat, was it a M16 half track?
I have a M2 halftrack and a parts halftrack, I am down the road from you in North Carolina.

PS. I have owned the M2 for about 2 years and still have not got it to my home! If any...
I know the markings that are on trucks from WWII, but the new stuff has me stumped so...
Here are the markings on the front of my M35A2.

Can any one brake this down for me so I will know some history of my truck. Thanks!!

Wallew, the jerry can would not have been painted at the truck factory with the truck, so it should not match the truck. When we got new jerry cans, we did not paint them to match our trucks but just put them on. I do agree with you 100% that is a great looking paint job.

Down the road from me was a huge potato farm that had several M215s. They were all painted bright orange and were in use. I stopped by and talked to the owner one day about letting me know if they ever get rid of them to let me know. Things happen (life) and I get by there a couple of years ago...
