um first there are a bunch of places in ohio to get a deuce someone who lives there will list them, licencing dont need a cdl for one I in ohio I think and there arnt any real "common problems" but there are some things that can be a pain like a Sprag Type Transfer case the one you want is easy...

for you and the truck I'd say $20-30 or so most dump truck drivers who own there trucks get about $45-60 a hour you a freind, probably not the best driver in the world so $20-30 O and I drove when doing potato's keeping in just the right place is a pain but just my .002
