    Most civi full size blazers were 3.73 rear gear not 308 they had overdrive trans in them! 308 rear gear and overdrive are not a good combo, Ive had 3 civi blazers 85,86,91 all of them had a 3.73 rear end with overdrive!

    I wouldnt tow any thing heavy with the pintle on a m1009! Put a class 3 or 4 hitch on and your good to go dude!!!

    Then again i drove a m1009 spraying trans oil from the drive shaft, blew both alternator belts and still drove it 1, 000 miles home!!! All i needed was my diet cokes and pretzels for company!!!

    The fuel shut off is 12 volts on the cucv's not 24 volt unless u have a hummer ip pump in it!

    Can u get it out with a magnet? And use a drill to test oil pressure so u dont have to fire the motor up to test it?
