Thanks, it looks like the Deuce qualifies both because I bought it from the government via SF97 as well as the 25+ year old vehicle thing. Yeah, I am aware that I don't NEED the Former MV plate, but I figured it would be a good idea, if for no other reason than reducing my chances of being stopped.
