release Have Soldier 2 hit the hood while you pull the release inside. No Soldier 2, try a forcing a wedge under the hood (between the hood and grill ) and pulling the release. May have to remove the grill and pop the catch with a screwdriver. Good Luck, Wayne

M816 Like Ace said, it is a gearbox they may freeze up but if yours is twisted you may have more problems than just it. Might want to take it off and check the rest of the driveline. Not sure where you find a used one but you could check in the Salvage Yard Info section. Good Luck, Wayne
