I will take some pics. in am.I cut the muffler out,reused the top pipe,and just welded the original muffler flange[clamp type]on bottom.I still retained heat shield.Has a deeper tone,but not my neighbors hate my truck loud.

My local napa sells 4 inch pipe.3 feet cost me 18 bucks.

Here are a few of my bed removed.Lifted it off with bottle air jack on top of rear tires.Welded stands in place while lifted,lowered onto stands,then pulled truck out.I plan on bobbing truck while its cooler out.Started on my air ride seat in fourth pic.Will send more pictures of next weekends...

We painted my friends 923 a month ago.The mix we used was 60% paint 40% water.The marquee paint is really easy to work with.I would use a h.freight spray gun ,the electric sprayers splatter sometimes.Start in the bed till you see how the paint flows[really thin]runs easy.Purchased 3 gallons,used...

Take the starter to a rebuild shop-price will outweigh buying a new one.while starter is out turn motor over by hand and look at ringgear teeth-it sounds like your bendix is bad -good luck p.s.you can probably turn engine over with prybar or big screwdriver at ringgear/flywheel

It seems that you are getting a somewhat thorough inspection of the vech.i think it will work out ok.as noted earilier they are new to this contract,but are at least willing to listen for any helpful insites.as long as pricing is fair it should be a good thing-time will tell.sitting on bidding...

The truck i just looked at on gov.planet said crankcase cracked not[wont start]seems better than buying a truck that you hope new batterys will fix,kinda know a little bit more when pulling wallet out and making a bid.i would rather pay a little more up front and not worry about a no start...

As noted in the prior posts are there usually many problems when changing over to led.other than the indicator bulb[greencover]do you normally have 2 change flashers -turn signal levers -etc or can you just install led lights and usually have them work.i want 2 change 2 led lights -i guess that...
