Thanks everyone. It makes perfect sense now. All I have to do is find a spring and ball bearing.

    PTO/Clutch Shackle Question

Once you have the spring and ball bearing, I assume you just insert the spring and ball bearing into the deep hole and hold it in place with a pin until the yoke pin slides into place. Is that correct?

    Turn Signal Question

Being that this is my first deuce and TM 10 does not answer this question directly, here goes. My light and turn signals work fine but I have two questions..... First, do you have to turn on the light switch for the turn signals to work? Second, do you have to manually return the turn signal...

    New Style Airpack Rebuild

Great work Clinto. I appreciate the effort and share the frustration of many threads not achieving closure. I have never rebuilt an airpack but need to and will be glad to order one once I hear if this is the right one. I will call and see what the folks can tell me.

    What do big guys do?

Ever since I got my deuce I have been wondering how larger drivers get comfortable in the drivers seat. I am 5'9" and normal weight and there is not much room between the spring seat and the steering wheel. How do larger drivers fit? Oh! and yes I have adjusted it every way possible.
