I pulled the winch off the front of my M543A2 and was checking it out. The cluch lever won't engage. I tried tapping it with a hammer and pullin on it real hard. I spun the drum and the pto shaft. but it still won't engage. I also pulled the inspection cover off of the PTO side and everything...
Oh by the way, that red cabover lost its brakes( driver burned them up) and had to go up the runaway truck ramp.
The recovery and cleanup cost $11,000.
No it wasn't one of my trucks, but it was a driver that I fired 6 months ago.
now that it is switched over, should I get one of these for the cold Michigan winters?
