Point with this is any Defense Department organization turns into DRMO. Just because it is located...

Lucked into 3 of these spools for winding up cables and a bunch of the cargo nets. What do you think?
I only have 1 cable though.
Figure I can use a couple of the nets for my 1061 and the other 10 or so....
Most of this has been covered at nausium including a thread from just last week. If driving above 50, suggest the 1009. Reliable. Manuals on line here to diagnos and fix the issues. Been driving one nearly daily since 2005 anywhere from 62 to now 35 miles a day.
According to the salesman, this is not the first time they sold MVs. He also said they had had a lot more and they were sold very quickly. Hmmm must be slow now cause I was over there about 2 months ago or more and they still have the same vehicles.
I checked them out also but the price was high. I though 7500 for the 1031's and 5500 for a 1009 ....well I asked what the lump was on his shoulders and he said his head. I said, I thought it was your butt cause everything else around here seemed awefully high.
I use mine as a daily driver and have used a CUCV since 2005 as one. It was cheap and works for me. I don't have a/c and this will be my first full summer in Atlanta. That;ll probably suck but I don't see myself putting a/c in this thing.
Can you post a picture with an arrow showing where it's leaking.
From my understanding these kits sat for a long time. I had to replace a seal on one of my pieces. Still worth what was paid for them.
As for multis go...
M49A2C with winch (original not an add on)
M36A2 with winch (again original. not as rare but not that many out there)
M185A2 with winch (and again with original winch)
Some folks added the winches but by checking the serial number, it is possible to determine if it is...
