Doubt this thread will last long. Anyways, probably $10K or slightly more. The last one I saw at Aberdeen went for that.

    Brackets on front and rear

RE: brackets Those M88s look like they are headed into Anniston for rebuild. They are older M88s that haven't gone through the upgrade to the latest and greatest, and with the war, all M88s are going through the depot rebuild program there....

    Another new Member !!

Ah, the 880 series - the black sheep of the MV family. Oh so useful, but not too much respect. Takes a real man to collect that rig, and want to fix em up. I owned a M890 for a short spell, and my friends wondered why I bought a 2wd military truck. Guess I just like Dodges. Welcome to...

    Getting ready to paint

Man, if there ever was a truck that needed to be repainted, this gecko is it. Current camo job looks like it was applied by a bunch of frat party drunks early Sunday morning after a party - by opening their mouths and releasing the lunch.

    New M813

Close on the contract date. The contract date is the date when the entire contract was approved for the manufacturer to make the trucks. It usually is the same year, or slightly before, the actual date of make of the vehicle.

Gilbert PA Fall Rally September 21-23

Anyone else? We're at 1 month and closing for this really cool show - lots of folks go to this one. Not sure if I can convoy yet, have to straighten out issues with my family's schedule, Syndi's school, etc.

    Deuce in flood

Dennis, did you happen to catch the name of the deputy? I propose that we each write the local PD and see if we can point out that you were trying to do a favor during a local weather crisis, and were threatened with arrest if you tried to help out. A$$-whole PUBLIC SERVANTS like that should...

    Getting a M108!

Hey, a M108 in any condition is a find! Needs a coat of paint, some seat canvas, and a little sprucing up, and it will turn heads!

Clare MI Show Aug. 17-19th 2007

Those ambulances you didn't know the "M" number of are M725s, like mine. I like that one, looks like someone adapted HMMWV rims and tires for it!

    M62 wrecker

Time to replace the hose! Make sure next time you don't get paint on the rubber of the hose - paint eats rubber, and may have played a factor in the current hose failing.

South Jersey MVPA members at the USS NerJersey

Most of the important areas of the ship are available to look at. The condition is pretty good, although in some areas of the ship a lot of gear has been removed during decommission, such as the radio room and navigation, a lot of gear has been demilled and taken out. Other than that, pretty...
