OK, stupid question for the morning. Are turbo's rebuilt or just chucked? I have a turbo that I have no idea if it is good or not and would just as soon have it rebuilt rather than try it first. Last thing I would want is one of these run aways.

Good lesson learned for me (and I guess all) have a second set of generators ready. I actually have a spare set but I have no idea if they are good. My intent is to have them rebuilt and put on my shelf until needed. Good luck. I'd go the rebuild route.
