Back in the old days when there was no difference between the 5 gal steel cans (WWII), water had a white 2" stripe painted going around the can and also up and down each side (so a cross pattern).

The manufacture cage code number was on there for one of them. You can do a google search to find a cage code website in order to have it deciphered. The other one you will have to confir with others on this site to see who made them for that specific year.

If you are saying you kept the steering wheel straight and the vehicle went one way or the other...
check your Pitman Arm. Have someone move the steering wheel while you hold the Pitman Arm. If you feel it pop, then you need to replace it.

The 32nd Med Bde is the Army Medical Department School Brigade. The TSC (which normally stands for Theater Sustainment Command) in this case is their Training Support Company. Med 530 is the vehicle number. This should not lead someone to think they have 530 vehicles but more so the platoon...

The frame # IS the legal number. Use it.
Get the registration number from the VIN thread on this website so you have the correct registration number and other info for your data plate. That doesn't matter as much as the correct VIN but for "completeness sake".
