To clarify, the VRC fitting on the CX4720 and the CX13089 are the same. The difference is the bendix ring on the 13089 and the bare wires on the 4720.
The CX4723 runs from the MT1029, the AM1780, and each of the C2298's.
The CX10613 is correct. The ones I have are all marked with...
Figure I'd put this out as some professional development on VIC-1 power cables.
There's basically 3 power cables for a VIC-1 system with 12 series radios.
The first cable is an A3190664 which is a cable that runs from a 3 prong armored vehicle power plug (battery power) to an MX-7777or 7778...

Won't go into this too deep but...
It's not the age of the truck. It all depends on IF your truck was entered into 'the database'. Since some locations got the database before others, some vehicles as late as the early 1980's were not entered and left the military...

RE: Re: RE: Found out they ARE for something!
I was lucky, I did have the trailer chains done when the phone rang and interrupted me. The most amazing thing was the fact the trailer must have been so tongue heavy that it stayed on without bouncing off.
I wondered at one point why some guy...
RE: Re: RE: Found out they ARE for something!
Think I got it beat but at least I didn't have trouble. 2 weeks ago I had to go from MD to MA with my M1009 and M101A1. I had an intermediate stop where I dropped the trailer. When time came to continue the trip, I was hooking up and my friend...

I'm in a situation where I need to get about 350 pounds from a height of around 14 feet. Due to space limitations, I have to mount it on a 1008. Maybe a mounting plate with a pull pin that allows the...
