Another vote for fluke mine must be 20 years old but at same time my 30 dollar klien , reads the exact same I.e. , o love my fluke but if it ever died I wouldn't pay 400 for another .

If you have an engine lift , place the legs of it next to wheel, and put chain in wheel it works great but still might need a few taps on tire. Good luck

Finally got the bed sides completly welded back on and lots I grinding, started on stripping troop seat supports and now rain , whew needed a brake anyway

I have the same setup with an aero turbine , if driver window is closed it's bearable on Interstate but still loud , but mostly from fire wall and floor I have my floor insulated and when I get the firewall done, probably won't need ears on interstate.
