Yes, but it does not "open"(transmit 100% power only to one wheel) at speeds while your driving.

Your wires must be bad(possibly bad fusible links in the GP harness). Or, you could have dirty connections.

The controller reads the voltage drop, to control the GPs correctly.
If they do not measure the correct ohms, the controller cannot operate optimally.
Just because they glow, does not mean they are functioning properly.

Then I would google the part number, to find the manufacturer, and a source.
Another simple method would be to call any of the MV businesses that advertise on our site, and ask if they have the part.
