You obviously are not following our advice to follow the troubleshooting section of the -20TM. Simply powering the GP wire is not how you test or diagnose this issue. If you use the wrong relay, you will ruin your GPs and controller card and have a malfunctioning system.

Not really. The 24 volt charging system is fairly small(low output).

So, a 110vac powered 12vdc charger would work?

You should simply follow the troubleshooting section of the -20tm, where it covers "cranks but does not start".

From the -20 TM, Disconnect each glow plug lead and check for resistance between glow plug terminal and ground. Resistance should be 1-3 ohms.
