The mini-hercs are all fine and good, but they aren't the old Hercules by a long shot. Those C-130's are a legend. I guess because I have flown on them that I'll always be a sucker for them somehow. It was just about the time my enlistment was up that all of our deployments went from military...

That's funny, because my brother is the same way. He was a bigger snake catcher than me, he'd dive on anything. But I also thought that spiders were cool, and he couldn't tolerate them. He'd spook completely, and couldn't even get near them. I got plenty of mileage out of that; it gave me lots...
