They are very similar. I was missing the troop seats and sidetracks on mine when I got it. I located a set of M35 seats / racks and made a few easy modifications for a perfect fit.

Be sure to get pictures, I'll get popcorn. I have 2 sets of USMC issue fording freeboard kits if you decide to make this a regular thing. I use the same wheels as I have on my 1983 CJ-8 Scrambler, so I can also use the same spare on either one. Old Jepp wheels are getting harder to find, I think the same hole pattern was also found on old IHC Scouts.
