I would not suggest use of the rear battery on a CUCV, for any accessories unless they are isolated ground.
If you plan 4 hours for a 2-3 hour trip, you'll be fine.
Oh, and if this is a new purchase with no history known, add 3 hours pre trip, and plenty of cash or plastic, JIC.
And, 3 hours the night before, reading the TMs.
Pic # 2 is not the correct rim for your truck.
It looks like a hub centered rim that does not use tapered nuts.
Pic # 3 looks like you bobbed your truck (yuck).

And, you do know the -24P or -34P Tech Manuals have all the parts in exploded views and list GM part numbers, right?
Also, I think it's listed in the CUCV FAQ/WIKI.
Don't forget to allow for variables like, camber
,toe-out and tires. The front should be slightly wider than the rear.
How wide is your trailer? Mine is 83 inches wide and they fit.
