I hate those kind of "learning" experiences...after ALL that work.

There is no one "right" answer. It's a function of what resources you have, and what approach is easiest for you. People have had good success here with both (a thread search about it will bring you up plenty of background for your decision-making).

It's looking real good! It's hard to tell if the slant back pieces are sheet metal, or maybe fiberglass. Is it all sheetmetal?

I used to the "pot man" in the dishwashing section of a big institutional kitchen. I'd clean the big stuff; pots, slicers, bake pans, that kind of thing. It was one of my first jobs while i was still in high school ("pot man"; yeah. I know everybody wants to make a joke, "smoke 'em if you got...

So how do you know when it needs to be done; like what is the indicator, sound of idle or something?
