Yeah, WAY too big to use in a cucv imho. The 30k will run you out, much less a 60. I believe that one is for a cargo box or shelter(does it have an NSN on it?). I may have one to trade if you'd like. PM me if interested.

In the past there were kits you could get to make a regular truck look like a hmmwv, I think they were called bumvees. I wonder if they go to court and say thats what they modeled it after, if that would fly. Does that grill guard look like any that have been in production? could...
Honestly, I wouldn't chance it. You could figure out the volume each unit pushes by measuring the bores on each one, but Id bet there is a reason the 5ton is different than the deuce.
I pull the IP without pulling the rad or fender. It can be a huge pita if you have a heater mounted there though(inner fender).
