My CTIS on my Civlian unit is giving me some tremendous “enjoyment”. I’m tracing leaks front and back… When they work they are awesome. When they don’t you have “issues”.
Just contact me on how to replace with a robust unit that does not need a glow plug temperature sensor.

I don’t recommend running the engine. 21:1 compression will damage the piston and possibly crack it. This is your personal vehicle AND NOT a fleet vehicle.
It looks good BUT almost people can do this with a compass made of a string and a clamp and a jigsaw. Just get Aluminum sheet or steel sheet from a car hood or roof.

Also ensure you’re twisting the ring in the correct direction after liberal use of penetrating oil.
I don’t recommend heat.
Hummer H1 has logged 300,000 plus miles on 7k axles and basic diffs. He fords water and pulls other vehicles to safety. He indicates he has never wanted or needed more than BTM.
Spend lots of $$$ if you want, but why?
You will need to change the flex plate and the torque converter. You need a new shift and some associated levers. You will need the TV plate and cable.
Bow tie overdrives in California will have a list of what you need and will have what you need.
Before you slather a whole bunch of junk onto and into your vehicle, why don’t you spray with a hose and identify the leaks, and then post images of what you’re talking about.
