Hey all,
Checked my TMs and don't see it listed... anyone ever seen a figure for the vertical wall climb height for the M939 series... the standard, and the A1 / A2 models?
I'm getting ready to build a new section of trail, and thinking about adding an optional vertical wall climb to a section...
Privet!
Welcome to the site! Sorry I'm late getting a welcome to you... as you can tell from my signature, I am a serious collector of Russian armor! Would LOVE to have come by if you're ever in the area... we could use some translation help!
Besides that, if you could sneak us out a T-64...
I opened a similar thread some time ago... Mk-48 death wobble or hop.... common consensus was a flat spot on the tires due to sitting so long (more tax dollars at work)... I believe someone replaced tires and found that the hop largely disappeared. A harmonic seems to be introduced when all the...
WOW, really neat Russian show on the T-90... MAKE SURE YOU TURN YOUR SUBTITLES ON, lower right of the window... that way you can understand Russian!

Incredible machine... you HAVE to see the perimeter defense system... its late in the video...
We can put together something at my place in the Spring if interested. We even have a 1.5 mile trail we're looking to expand for the trucks... its nothing horribly technical or anything...
If you want to move heavy, I'm your man...
however for trucks, never had to move one... so does anybody have a good source for a truck move from Ft. Jackson, SC to Richmond IN. 47374?
Thanks!
Tigers are as rare as anything... and there is only one running Tiger in the world that we know of... and it has had the engine blow once, maybe 2x... its at the Bovington museum in the UK. I have no way to estimate what one would cost... millions....
I know I'll start a storm... but the Tiger...
No video, but your 936 has more than earned its keep:
Here she is loading the tag unit for the T-54 delivery
Off loading the MT-12 Rapira gun...
She's also pulled off armor plate from the BMP-1, the rear armor deck from the T-62, and lots of other duties, including moving downed trees...
Marcus,
Short would be a valuable asset for a BRDM-2... The Russians were looking for 5 foot 4 or less... I'm 6 foot 2 and we had one in recently... very tough for me...
Regulations vary by country... the US is bad... ALL armor must be cut...
1) The breech ring must be cut in half by a torch displacing at least 1/2 inch of material
2) The barrel must have a hole torch cut into the high pressure area, at least the width of the bore
3) All smoke launchers must...
BMPs are awesome... they are a plumbers nightmare, but fantastic vehicles. Let me know if he wants to sell one as a parts vehicle... it is always wise to have parts.
Davin,
Good question, and the easy answer is, its absolutely all over the board. It depends on:
Type of tank... current most valuable is T-34 ranging down to T-55... on pure tank cost. Of course this would be short circuited if a T-80 or T-90 came available... and I'm searching for a T-64...
Hey Track Steers are AWESOME! In the scheme of things they do a lot more and are a heck of a lot more useful! We have a JD 328 skid steer that is INVALUABLE... I'd love to have a track steer!
Hey all,
Well after a 1.5 year journey, dodging a potential East Coast dockworkers strike, being told by the dock everything from "the hatches are welded shut" to "the motor doesn't run and the batteries are dead", and a major customs issue (which ATF Imports came to my rescue - Thanks...
