just a quick thought... check to make sure the manual screw on the top of the electric cut off is open. might be cutting the fuel off there. other choices are the rubber hoses either with a very small hole or they could be partial collapsed . if the filters are ok then maybe something around the...

at 3.5 mpg it only leaves my shop if someone else is paying for the fuel.. or i save up or take a second morgage out. lol. its a have to case in other words. but love to drive it around but dont like to go into the hills towing something heavy. flat land is ok though. gotta love the...
