No. Not even. Drain them, yes. I have picked up gen sets from long storage, POMCUS, for instance. Set was clean and looked OK. But the tanks are not drained, and washed out.

Not an expert, but if it's just the turret that is the issue then removing the turret should make it sellable to civilians. Assumptions, will always turn around and bite you on your butt. I would start with a phone call to TACOM. If you can not get someone who knows, they might be able to tell...

In this situation, we removed the door hinge pins and inserted quick release ping of the same diameter. Got the local CECOM weasel to buy off on it and a letter from higher up the food chain. Still a PITA to work on it. But gotta do something!
