No. Not even. Drain them, yes. I have picked up gen sets from long storage, POMCUS, for instance. Set was clean and looked OK. But the tanks are not drained, and washed out.

In this situation, we removed the door hinge pins and inserted quick release ping of the same diameter. Got the local CECOM weasel to buy off on it and a letter from higher up the food chain. Still a PITA to work on it. But gotta do something!
