I just saw a 3116 data plate on a M1088 that said "MAX ALT 1500M / 4922FT".
Does anyone have any insight into this? How serious is this restriction?

A couple of dumb questions...
My M1010 has fuel dripping apparently from the fuel tank drain tube. I relieved the pressure in the tank (removed the gas cap) and the drip stopped.
1 - With the pressure removed can I take the drain tube cap off and expect no more than a tube's worth of fuel...
