Has anyone ever swapped a 13 or 18 speed in place of the 7155 Cat in an M920? Is there enough room without relocating the transfer case?

Swapping a T136 transfer case into a 2 ton International truck. I would like to get the input and output yokes to 1710 U joints. Does anyone make a 1710 yoke? If not, how about an 8 bolt 5 ton flange yoke and then I van get 8 bolt 1710 yokes for the driveline?

I've got a '65 GMC civilian fire truck with air assisted hydraulic brakes. The air assist booster under the floorboard looks very similar to the one on our old Deuce. Is it possible to get an air brake signal off of the booster to run regular trailer air brakes? I assume I just need the signal...
