Has anyone ever swapped a 13 or 18 speed in place of the 7155 Cat in an M920? Is there enough room without relocating the transfer case?
.
Check in with @simp5782

Cab needs to be higher, transfer case needs to move back, jackshaft needs to be modified. It isn't an easy thing to do.

A 13 fits without moving it. With a .73 ratio unit you gain 5mph or so in speed.

Use a hydraulic clutch from a freightliner cascadia and the wabco air assist hydraulic slave. This setup requires a specific clutch for hydraulic. This is the easiest pedal install over manual linkage

The PTO swaps over directly as well from the CAT

I went with an RTOO14613
