Yeah, I called and paid a $50 premium to get the newest date codes. The normally sell for $550. The tires got to Orlando fast, could have had them Friday, but opted for a Monday delivery. I’ll verify the codes and quality then report back.
based on the additional info in this thread, I inflated the tires from 50psi to 85psi and the vibration reduced significantly, but there is still some. I’m going to try some balance beads and look into newer tires.
Seeking advise on where to look for an issue. I drove and parked my truck, stock M1083, on a Saturday without issue, the following day the truck had a shimmy/vibration at 25mph which goes away, and then again at 35mph which also goes away the closer you get to 40mph.

Agreed, I swapped out the springs first, thinking that was the issue only to learn new springs made no difference. I then started to read, pedal was good for me, the cable was my culprit.
Now that the return was working. I checked the throttle position sensor resistance and found it was good...
I used this Motion Pro cable luber on the engine side of the throttle cable to help push/guide lubricant into the cable. While it makes a mess, it worked. Lots of lubricant went into the cable, some went all over the engine. Bottom line, my throttle cable doesn’t stick anymore. I couldn’t...
My throttle sticks at about 1/3 "remaining" when I let off the pedal. I have replaced the two throttle return springs...but that wasn't enough. I'm now going through para. 4-18 "Throttle Control Cable Replacement/Adjustment" procedure. Curious, before I try, if anyone has sent lubricant down...
Thank you. I have fixed the issue. My problem was the park brake valve would “pop” on every time I hit the breaks medium or heavy. Turns out the treadle valve exhaust hose was clogged. I’ve temporarily run another one for now.
I need to rebuild my treadle valve (brake valve) and I’m having trouble removing it.
Seeking advise from anyone who has rebuilt one.
did you remove just the valve or the pedal and bracket as well?
if the whole assembly, did you have to disconnect the dash or remove the steering wheel?
Issue SOLVED!!! Thank you Ronmar!!!
K19-87a was loose and very weak ground at the solenoid. I fixed the connector and ran a ground to the battery box.
I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to problem solve this issue. I hope I get the chance to repay your kindness and patience to the...
Thanks for your patience.
"there is no 87B, only 87 and 87A." thanks for the clarification, the wire schematic from Sunday looks like wire 54 is connected to K19 87B.
The back side of K19 looked good this morning, and I did a quick trace of the wires and didn't see anything that stood out as...
