    Trailworthy fab closed?

Sounds about right. it is a fair production cost of 300% of material cost. And I am seeing 10’ sections of pipe for $500. (Or about that) Assuming you could make 8 inserts out of it cost, time, knowledge puts them about $150-$175 each.

good source for brackets/hardware for airlift bumper?

yeah, that’s why I said “use 3.5” all around. I tried shorter and it wasn’t worth the time. If you use 3.25” the thread will be flush with a washer& lock washer combo. With an assumption that 2 threads beyond flush is ideal, and 5 threads beyond is just barely “more thread than required” but...

Well… it depends. You don’t need to abandon your plans, depending on services sought. Were you going for recentered wheels, rock rings and spacers or just needing spacers? Imay Need to just disassemble my spare tire, measure the rim, then order a pvc pipe to cut down to size. Even at $500...

    Trailworthy fab closed?

From the website and notes on the Facebook page, it seems they left a note saying they were closing for Christmas through New Years’s day, and I see no evidence of opening after that. Some small businesses are always one lotto ticket or one family tragedy from closing their doors. I hope the...

good source for brackets/hardware for airlift bumper?

1/2x3.5” should work all around. the highest stack up on the bumper is “plate, bumper, and inner” I believe the plate and inners increase tow rating to 4200lbs. (With trailer brakes)

    Trailworthy fab closed?

Just as I was about to get some PVC inserts, it seems trail worthy fab closed up shop. Does anyone know the measurements on the PVC inserts they sold, I may just need to order a pipe and cut it down myself.
