    Anybody know of a parts or rolling chassis for the M135 or M211 series truck in New England, perfer CT. I might be using the axles for a project truck. A friend has a non runing/bad trans M135 and I would hate to strip the axles out of it if there is a alternative. Thanks

    Air pack, do you have to oil it ?

    Long before I got a deuce I read a article that stated you have to remove a 1/8" pipe plug on the air cylinder side of the air pack and add some kind of oil. My older truck has this plug, but the A2 doesn't, DID THEY DO AWAY WITH THIS OR IS THERE A DIFFERENT AREA TO FILL IT ?

    What HP is listed on your eng data plate? Interested in the

    Just looking over the M342 and the data plate on the engine list 140 HP, most specs I have seen list 135, any pattern to these? It is a 1C engine by White made in 12/74.

    Just bought my M342A2

    dual circuit brake system

    history of dump 2 1/2 ton

    Vintage 2 1/2 ton dumps that I have found list the model as D-D-54, this is from 1966. They seem to have come orig with the 427 and had horizontal exh. All components other then engine look exactly like M342A2. Does anyone know about this ?

    LDT465 C OR D ENGINE, WERE THE C MODELS UNDATED TO Ds?

    Does anyone know if the C model engines were modified with maybe a new style head gasket making them comparable to the Ds? I am looking at a very expensive truck and it has the C1 engine.
