I agree with NDT, I have never had a vapor lock issue. After checking the ignition ,I would check for a vaccume leak starting with the carb mounting bolts. ( seems like I always have to snug them up )

I'm a little confused here, The orginal bows are a two piece design that slide within them self for storage. Do you want the measurment of just the top peices ? or do you plan on making one peice replacements ?

Yes, there is a screen at the end of the pickup tube. If you suspect it is clogged you may be able to pull the line at the pump and blow it out / off. On mine, there was a section of rubber line that was bad around the top of the pickup tube area.

I did not see the correct design from sailrite and WeeBee don't return my call, so I contacted some suppliers online with the NSN number. one wanted $190 for 32 and another wanted $360 for 32. Needless to say I am not paying any where that price. If any of you guys see these things sitting...

Where can I get the 1/4-20 stud turn buttons that secure the cargo cover ?

I would paint it the gray or green and stencle it approperatly, but I would not camo it or add the BO light kit and pintle hitch.

You just don't see them anymore, I'd say $4,000 if you find the right buyer.
