Torque converter going out?? m1008

Another good Pickup at McCoy
I was down on Monday picking up to M101 trailers and met Seth for the first time, I usually deal with Mike. Got to talk a bit with both of them while we loaded up and watched them get some dueces running for a guy picking up 2 of them. Despite the 90 degree heat at 9am it was a good trip...- cocco78

SF-97 needed on a m101A3 trailer in MI?
In michigan we don't title our trailers unless its a camper or over a certain GVWR, I have a 7000lb gvwr flat bed car hauler that just gets registration and a permanent plate. So do I need the SF-97?
