The new look of my Dodge M880

Very nice! Makes me miss my old 880. That thing never got stuck off road and could pull over a house.

Going to live in my deuce in Oklahoma....

I second the Dave Ramsey Plan. My wife and I used a modified version (we didn't sell everything we could) to clean up our mess and went from almost losing everything to the only thing we owe money on is our house. You seem to have a handle on what you want to do. Go have your adventure, but be...

    LEO + Municipal HMMWV Mods

Geez, and our dept grant writer got a Govt notice that the program that dispurses ANYTHING from the military to state and local departments is on lockdown. They want a full accounting of everything that has gone out on the program before anything else is let out through it. Good Luck... Side...

Bringing an M35A2 out of the trees and back on the road

Cool thread. I think we would all love to save a beast like that. Glad you get to do it.

    Biggest Badest SUV

You could also go really over the top and build it with the tandem rears in place and just super single the tires. That would make it the Baddest SUV ever!! Good luck!

    Biggest Badest SUV

I think it would be sweet! Just remember in addition to the sheet metal work you have to worry about frame flex cracking that body if the body mounts aren't just right. You would also have to design and build a completely custom interior. It might be worth shortening the frame length some to...

last post for quite a while

I don't know how you went so long without one! :-o:-P I have been without a true MV for over 10 years. I get my fix through the interactions and fellowship here. I hope that will work until I find my next MV because we all know this is an addiction.

    Fuel injected 42 WC

I love the idea. Keep us posted about how it is when you get it all dialed in. If you have to tear back into it the only thing I would put out there is this. Your manifold is a pretty good adaptation of how the original was, but the original is for a 1 barrel carb. If you have to re work it I...

    LS1 Powered 1952 Willys Jeep

I just like the radiator overflow tank. It is the one part of the build that I could afford right now.:)

FL to AL to S FL...and everywhere in between

You drive slower than my wife if you are leaving the 3rd of April and are just now posting up the plans and offering to haul stuff.:) Sorry, too easy to resist since i can't even tell you what day it is usually.

    The Camper Apocalyptic?

I wondered where you got the :Don't tamper with my Truck" warning sign? I think I'm going to start needing one for the kids soon. :)

    M4 Sherman Hull on Farm

That thing will be cool no matter what you turn it into as long as you save it from the hot knife. It is a little bit of history, save it if you can.

    Now this is a multi-fuel!

Just show up with @50 gallons of fuel and the sweet 6x6 burnouts :driver: (while chained and pulling against 3 other anchor Dueces so you stay in view) would keep them from noticing the lack of cargo space. rofl

M820A2 is home safe...Now it's time to check her out!

Really cool truck. I have not seen them around here. I wonder how they do in Florida rain as far as keeping the interior of the box clean and dry when expanded and closed? Thanks for all the pics.

    Code Enforcement

Another thought about the fences if it is restricted to 6 feet high you can lower the duece parking spot. We have a local Volunteer Fire Dept duece that is parked in a cut into the ground that was trenched out to be a natural loading dock. It was dug several feet into the ground at an angle for...

    BudLight Deuce? Details anyone?

    Multi Fuel engine on propane?

Everyone that I know of is a diesel that has propane as a supplement for more power, no one runs pure propane so I don't know if it can be done. If you find some one knowledgable and reputable to do it let us know how it goes.
