Anyone know how to get to the brake bleeder on top of the axle on these DTC 8606 fork lifts?

I have the Federal stock # 5360-406-4554. I googled it and got a bunch of aero space suppliers. I sent some email parts request but my experience has not been good with them before unless you are going to spend over 100k or so.

I have a Libby LT0-300 welder. It has low hours and runs well and welds but it has 3 broken brush springs. Anybody have one for parts? Anybody have a running one that you could check the open current voltage on the welding lugs with the setting at high? I'm getting 70 volts but it is marked...

It is a rt6000 lb model OS3354 Vietnam era forklift with 4 wheel steer and a 3-71 Detroit diesel engine. I can't find any manuals and very little info. on the web. I could use some brake parts, steering parts and axle boots. I think it may have locking differentials. Any leads on info, parts...

If I was accused of commercial hauling, I would have to point out a top speed 45 - 50 MPH in a 60 year old truck is not much of a way of earning money!

No mention of not being able to carry any cargo either. I've never had any problem moving my own stuff around but things are getting much stricter. Has anyone ever gotten a ticket for hauling their own stuff?

My first guess is ground anchors maybe? You pound sharpend steel rods through the holes into the ground? I've seen pictures of doing that but those don't look quite right with the holes almost oposit each other and close toghether.

Would have a historical licence plate have solved this?
