here is what i did

I installed mine in the threaded port on the intake.

I run a #5 button. i only pull 6-7k pounds with mine. It has 16.00s on it. 5" exhaust to a 6" stack and never see over 1100 egt. i have the small o.d. filter in the stock air box. The exhaust manifold and turbo are from a big cam 400 and the intake is off of an older 290.

It is pretty loud in the cab. Outside it sounds great. When I installed the turbo I replaced all the exhaust with 5" and that goes into the 6" stack. The turbo whistle is nice.

i have bought a couple of good take off alternators from blake at red river parts and equipment. 903-547-2226. i beleive the last one i bought was around 90$ plus frieght.

I used my block heater on my 250 for the first time last night. 32f here and it started like it was 70f. they are well worth the money.

It is worth it in my opinion. My 250 runs ALOT stronger.

i am very pleased with the performance gains. i installed an ht3b and big cam manifold on my 250. i also installed a boost a pyro gauge. i am still playing with the pump buttons but as of now it has a #5 in it.

thanks!. the top plate on mine is 32"x32" . the bottom ones are 32"x 12" . ill try and take some pics today.

i used 1/2" plate on top and bottom of the bed. on the bottom the plate is two pieces to go around the runner on the bottom. the crane is rated for 2700lbs. i have picked up almost 2000lbs with it so far. it extends to 18'. you do have to drop the bed side to swing it out the passenger side.

I installed a crane and painted it last week.

this is a universal class IV hitch by reese. we scored it at a local salvage yard.

the local pump shop we use for all our small truck (1 ton and down) diesel parts has them in stock.
