Smoking from this wire in the first pic, When looking around I noticed the wire in the 2nd pic was disconnected. Help please! Not sure what to look at. Need to get to chicago.
Un turboing a 6.2 (long story) and putting the stock pass side exhaust manifold back on. Does anybody know the sizes of the stocker studs/bolts to get some replacements? Thanks!
Well, now Im not so sure.
Initially in the mindset of ready to smother it again and it starting so well, I shut it off. Played around and got the boost guage in etc
Just started it again....And noticed the coolant/engine oil light is on. Immediately shut it down..I went and checked the ground...
I dont know...Yes Im pretty sure that is the shut off valve clicking. I checked, its not now..maybe (hope) the linkage bound up. Will disassemble and do over. Ive heard of other diesels sucking oil through the turbo, dunno about these though? Why i asked here :)
Just finished my 6.5 turbo add on...I did the whole "touch the wires to the injection pump and listen for clicks" twice and it clicked both times....Started it up and it ran straight to redline :cry:aua

For those who may find this thread later..Rather than buying specific fuel lines which are big money, I found NAPA sells generic line with this fitting. Part number NOE 7304929 and is $14.
Ahhh.....Will swing by NAPA tomorrow as there is one near work. Did you look it up for a specific model Warthog? I went to autozone and to Oreilleys and they just had generic "steel line" used for Brakes and fuel line....
It looks like it's leaking through the flared end..Hard to tell though. I noticed when I thread in and tighten the flared lines there is a lot of movement with the line itself...Can spin it around, slight in/out movement..
As for brand, I dont know.."American Made"...This is the ebay ad I...
So Im installing an electric lift pump on my M1009, and am having a heck of a time with a bizarre problem..
I installed the pump on the frame rail where the rubber crossover line was..I got some 3/8" line from autozone, which I cut the flared ends off and threaded in, leaving about 3" of line...
