I am getting to install some new gauges and wiper control to my 5 ton. I have removed all of the outside screws and bolts but still can't get the dash off. It seems there are some bolts underneath the dash near the dog house but I can't find them. I have looked at the TMs but can't find anything...
I am a member of the board for Van Zant County Veterans Memorial and would like to invite any of you MV owners to join us when we have events honoring our veterans. We have, or sponsor, several events throughout the year at our location in Canton, Texas. Canton is about an hour and a half east...
Anyone have the FM 9-43-2 Recovery and Battlefield Damage and Assessment and Repair? I looked for it in the TM section and couldn't find it. If you have it can it be put on the forum so we can use it?
I have a M923-A1 and am trying to replace the hoses that go from the wiper motor to the wiper switch. I did replace the driver side hoses but what a PITA. Now I have an air leak in one of the hoses for the passenger side. I have the switch loose but can't get enough free play to be able to...

I am going to Ft. Hood next week and noticed that someone posted here a few weeks ago (did a search and can't find it now) that he went there to buy things (wheels, tires etc.) Can I just go there and buy things or is there a GL depot there. I guess my question is - how would I buy something...
I have a M923a1 with the 14x20 Goodyear singles. Memorial weekend I took it to a local veterans park here in Texas to put it on display. Everything turned out great until I started back home. I took all back roads to get there (about 20 miles one way). Long story short - about 10 miles from home...
I just bought my first 5 ton. When I picked it up I was told that the owner was refusing to furnish the Govt title (I think it's a SF97) because he didn't want to pay the $175.00 to file it. The guy has about 10 of the 5ton trucks. Is there a way for me to get the title from the Govt ?
