Yes, those were the batteries i used along with two AGM group 8D batteries that i was using in one of my other trucks. I couldn't fit four in there and i had these sitting around and they were skinny enough to fit so i used them. I love the setup you did, looks great!
Lol if only i could buy that thing. I'd play he!! getting that oversized beast there just to give gimpys fire a squirting here and there hahaha! Naw I'll have something "unique" at the fall rally.
Good point. I think me and CBRMetalworks have come up with an interesting design for my 5 ton and I think that's what I'm going to do. So as long as the fall rally will be next september, I'll have one **** of a rig to show you guys!
Heh that would be awesome! But, we will be moving back to Columbus Ohio at the beginning of May when my wife graduates. If someone is local to there that would help!
Hah, well to be honest I could get the weight down by removing the main water tank. It is all of 2 inches over height so that's not hard to fix. The only thing is that it is 10 feet wide. If I could get an annual permit that clears it the investment for this thing is worth it. I could put like...
11k seriously? God I keep missing them. I'm still in the planning phase. But my fear is they won't be around come July ish when I'm looking to buy (I'd buy sooner but it's a long story) and yeah I kno......it always eats money. But I'm just trying to find the best compromise for what I can afford.
Well i would buy the big ass thing but its over width at 10 feet wide and over weight at 130000lbs, so i have no idea what permit i would need in Ohio to drive it as much as i do my 5 ton. Oh and yeah sparky no more mud lol. 6 days worth of pressure cleaning and i still don't have every bit of...
Well as i may have eluded in some previous posts, I have been trying to get a m1070 acquired before the fall rally. Well, it seems as if I have ran out of luck finding any reasonably priced so I have been forced to find my kicks elsewhere. I have been chewing on the Idea of taking my 92 M923a2...
Nope... Still not big enough for gimpys fires. Lol omg that stupid hose. Lesson learned, no more mud! Though I wonder if it can take "the hill" and no not the oh s#!^ drop at the end hill.
Oh haha sorry! I'd be down for a shirt though I wouldn't be there. Should make the picture a big pile of sparks ropes or my tidal wave of a mud hole picture. Thanks! I'm going to need all the luck I can get seeing as how they are starting to get scarce. Oh well if I can't get it this should do...
Hah! i wish! i'm struggling to get enough money for just one let alone multiple, I will say though I do have some custom ideas in mind. But I'll have my hands full enough seeing how it handles the trails. At least i know that if i get stuck ill be able to get myself out without Eagle having to...
May not actually make the summer rally. Wife and I are moving back to Columbus Ohio mid May so it will most likely be the fall rally for us. Should be bringing along a new toy, one with 4 axles and a 44k lb curb weight....hmm wonder what that might be:D That and she still hasn't gotten over the...
Count me and the wife in! ill make sure to bring extra shoes and hood straps this round. Man i still haven't finished getting the 923 back in order from the last run. yeah.....definitely no more mud pits.
6'8" 315lbs here and fit like a dream in my 923. Just adjust the seat back and make sure the window crank is facing down so your leg should rest right around it without hitting it. Oh and adjust the seat base some it helps!
