I installed a tach kit with harness, etc. Modified the install a bit to accommodate the ATTBAR hard top latches. Works great. Question is, does anyone know if there is a light in this tach? I'm guessing no. I still have the other style tach new in the box.

Great words of wisdom, all. Thanks for the advice. So here's a question regarding the run flat and the bead lock ring. How do they orient to the rim? Bead lock ring toward the outside of the wheel, notch and groove toward the valve stem? Am I envisioning this right? And the bead lock ring...

So attached are photos of the bits that I have to make 2 wheels. See anything wrong here? Will everything work together? Any chance I can get some advice as to how to put this all together? Called my local commercial tire centers (big truck places too) "don't do run flats for humvees". Gee...

Ok, so searching didn't help (maybe I missed it?) but I need an actual diagram to do these vacuum / vent lines properly. A cartoon drawing just isn't cutting it. Help? Thanks!

This thread makes my brain hurt. Found a torn boot on the left front outer CV on Saturday. Pulled a new axle from my stash and 30 minutes later a new axle was in place. I guess it's a function of what your time is worth.

I did the 200 amp conversion with a refurbished alternator. I don't recommend lifting it into place by hand. Anyway, my heart dropped when it didn't charge, initially. Of course I then remembered to come off idle and check it and it works, and has worked, just fine since. I'd do it again.

My shop installed a Banks turbo on a M1009 6.2. It came alive and has increased the real-life drivability of the Blazer significantly and it's been reliable for 1000's of miles requiring nothing since install. FYI

Try installing an ATTBAR hard top, supplemental armored doors, an airlift bumper, a Rhino tire carrier, and fill it up with fuel. It'll level right out.

Cool. Do keep in mind that they will not balance an 'out of round' tire...
