    Clarkston Solar project.

Here's my math. 4224 panels at 240 watts each = 1,013,760 watts. I rounded off to 1,000 kw. 1,000 kw per hour for six hours a day = 6,000 kwh per day. Using my local residential rate of $0.12 per kwh; 6,000 kwh x $0.12 = $720.00 per day. 3.4 million divided by 720 = 4722 days or 12.9 years...

    deuce bumper numbers

I've been trying to make out what's left of the bumper numbers on the 530B. What I've got looks like (----S 152) (AAMB 41). Any ideas ?

    Dump Bed Kit Installation

You're all welcome, glad I could help. If I knew it was going to be this popular, I should have negotiated for a commission on each unit sold from this thread.

    530B for Me

I didn't mean to imply it was done by the shippers. I knew the damage was already there from the auction pictures. I'm guessing it was done when the truck was moved from where it was parked previously.

    530B for Me

This being my first gasser, anybody have Napa numbers for the points, condenser and rotor ? Are they the same as the ones for the M37's, m38a1's, M151's, etc. ?

    530B for Me

Frame and undercarriage look good. Fuel tank is completely rotten, pulled it today. Most of the compartment doors are rusted through next to the hinge but repairable. The hose reel compartment floors will need replacing but one of the doors is laying in the bed. The foam tank is missing. Also...

    530B for Me

No problem. My goal was to keep it away from the scrappers also. I was looking at that data plate today. First one I've seen.

    530B for Me

Don't know, first I have to get it to run. It cranks, but doesn't fire. I know I have power to the distributor. I'm going to check the plugs when I get a deeper deep well socket. The fuel tank is shot, three inch hole rusted in the top of it.

I did it over the course of about a week, actual days working on that would be about four.

    Dump Bed Kit Installation

I thought everyone already had one. Don't you?rofl According to C & C, lift capacity is 10k on a deuce and 15k on a 5 ton. I haven't tried to max it out, yet.

    Dump Bed Kit Installation

I bought a dump bed kit from C & C Equipment and thought I'd go through the installation. This kit was originally made for trailers so the factory instructions are rather generic. Longer hydraulic hoses have been included by C & C but you will need a set of battery cables. First remove...

Doghead starter relay modification - new idea.

I can see where you are coming from CycleJay. I also have an aversion to making permanent modifications. I think it comes from restoring antique farm equipment. I plan to do the Doghead mod soon myself and will consider the adapter wires. Doghead's mod is a great improvement, but who knows what...

    The LDT-465 that ran backwards

Happened to me. It was a 1959 Case 900 farm tractor however. Sucked the rain flapper down tight and rolled black smoke from the air intake. A definite WTF moment.
