I was backing out of my driveway, heard a thump/clank and had no turning capability. When the steering wheel is turned to max left and right I get slight tire movement. I replaced the steering gear, thinking it wasnt transferring the steering shaft movement. This didn't help the issue at all...

I just finished my DIY air intake for Sarge. It was 2in PVC piping, some window screen, zip ties, electrical tape and Krylon. Not expensive at all to make, and not too difficult. The last picture is the porthole I punched out next to the radiator. I had to angle the inner tube upwards...

I'm sure this is in the wrong place, but where is the power steering belt located? This is my first project vehicle and I'm learning as I go. Its a 1986 M1008.
