Sold my M1028A2 for 10k. Truck was nice, no rust and well sorted.

I ran spacers on the wheels. Just had to find the right wheels to get them to fit inside the fenders.
People run too wide a wheel and have to put big spacers so they dont rub. Pushes them out too far.

So they are the red headed step children of the CUCV world. Copy.
No cab and chassis. That is a dana 70 with dually fenders. Maybe the camouflage is hiding the lines.
Let me go take a look and see what I got to work with.

Truck is not in my possession. Plans depend on the condition. But if I bring it home, I will do something cool with it.

Replacing all the belts, hoses and radiator is good preventive maintenance. There are some nice aluminum ones on ebay that were a drop in replacements for my M1009.
And when the head gasket on my turbo'd 6.2 went, I could smell it. No mistaking burnt coolant.

Did any of the M1008s, M1028, M1010s or any other CUCVs come with cab/marker lights on the roof?
We parted out a M1008 that had them and the PO bought it from Govt auction with them already installed.
Just never seen a picture of them or I might not be looking in the right place.
