    Starter not engaging problem suggestions?

    When cold my starter spins sometimes without engaging, it just freewheels. After about 3 or so attempts it will engage and start. After it's warmed up it doesn't do it at all. This seemed to start about the time I put new batteries in it, don't know if that had anything to do with it. Does...
