Deuce runs fine then dies. (Fixed)

Replaced two filters yesterday that are both the same size- roughly 3"x10" in size. Is there another? Also replaced the 1/2" ID how's from the pump to the pick up line, that was pretty bad. I will have to get a fitting to hook up the pressure gauge. Thanks

Deuce runs fine then dies. (Fixed)

Just picked up a '63 that has a white multi fuel.it has not been driven much the last few years. The thing runs super and goes down the road fine and then just runs out of fuel. Spray a little silicone in the air intake and it fires right up and goes again. Changed the fuel filters and that...

'71 disconnect front hubs, sprague sticking?

On my '71 5 ton we removed the front hub covers and installed a set of blanks. The truck goes down the road much better but the driveshaft is still spinning the front axle. Shouldn't the transfer case stop spinning the front driveshaft? Do I need to remove the airline going to the transfer...

Behr Paint Jobs- Show me your MV's

Painted mine today with the Behr paint and it looks awesome. Couple hours of prep with a pressure washer, wire brushed the bed, rust converter and a quick sand of the panels. Used 2 1/2 gallons of paint with a cheap spray gun. Can't beat it for less than $100.00......just need to add a few...

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Drove my M813 for the first time, first few miles I was a bit nervous- never drove anything this Big before. After the third time out I was Doing fine. Now I have a laundry list of little things that need attention.

    Buying my first one....M813A1

Plan on the darker green with white stars in the doors. Then as it gets scratched up add camo no worries on making sure the touch ups match. The tires really make a big difference on how it looks

    Buying my first one....M813A1

The distance from home is what made this an easy decision. The truck is about 2 miles from my house. No issues with paying for big dollar trucking fees to get it. Getting help is usually pretty easy when I supply the beer and pizza, but over the years I have learned, help first, pizza and then...

Looking forward to talking, will send you a PM once I get it home. It is a 250 Cummins and It seems to run well. No Idea what I got myself into-that is the best part! Got a little bored of always owning Mustangs, this is a whole new ball game.

    Buying my first one....M813A1

Just made a deal on a pretty decent '71 AM General with 53" rubber. Truck has a real nice cab and front end, box has quite a bit of surface rust but it seems to run really good. Never even thought about getting a military truck but whatever, a new experience. I've always collected cars from a...
