We have an m998 We are using for a work/marketing truck. I am considering pulling the front driveshaft to increase mpg and decrease the turning radius. Has anyone done this. Anyone know the power split on the tranfercase? We don't want to damage the truck. Thanks again.

88 hmmwv power steering staring squealing occasionally now it's constant and steering is very hard. I checked the fluid and its was a little low, so I added some and it helped a bit.
