We are planning to have the ambulance there for the opening ceremony on the 17th. We were asked to bring it a couple months ago, we should be there unless something breaks on the 50 mile drive.

I really don't know. I have never had one of these transfer cases apart. If I pull the 4 bolts holding the bearing retainer does that come out as one assembly? I would hate to pull it and then be committed to a tear down.

My m43 has a few more parades, parties and other events that it has been promised out to over the next couple weeks before I rebuild the transfer case this winter. I need advise on a bandaid. The output shaft to the front axle is very very sloppy. The bearing is shot and seal might as well not...

Here are a few I took on the night run Saturday evening.

We made it home safe and sound. The M43 Ambulance ran like a champ all week. It was great meeting everybody. The trails were so much fun, the food was good, we bought much needed parts, we learned a lot and saw a bunch of great looking trucks. It was a blast, we will be back next year.

I finished the home made rear step. I would still love to find an original but it works for now.

That one doesn't look too bad. It looks pretty solid and straight. Was it used as a rescue truck or something. The light and racks are interesting.

My better half helped me scuff the Primer and shoot the Gillespie OD green. We also got 3 of the 5 tires mounted yesterday. All my markings are in as well from Military Stencils. They look excellent. I don't think the truck looks to bad for a few months work.
