I'm new at finding tech manuals. I looked in the tech manual section of this forum but I didn't see the tech manual number you mentioned. Is there some where I can find this manual or am I just not seeing it.

I'm in Oklahoma and I had no trouble. Mine came without a vin number which caused me to go through a couple of extra steps. But I finally received an Oklahoma vin number and the process was seamless.

I think I'm a little confused. I have a title for my HMMWV that I got last summer. How did that Happen? I live in Ok. I even had to get a VIN number from the State because the original VIN # and data plate was missing. It was a process but no one told me I couldn't do it.

One more thing, that same tech manual gives detailed instructions for both "A1" which is the one I have, as well as the A2. And also gives instructions for the rear. Incase anyone is interested.
