    Front hub bearings

I checked and the ball joints/king pins are good. When I rock the whell top-bottom you can see the axle move. So I took everything apart and reseated the bearings on the hub and still had the same problem. Took it all apart again and the removed the axle assembly (luckily the pass side w/short...

My W200/M880 had the right front wheel really loose like the bearings were shot. Ordered a new SET25 bearings and seals and just got done replacing them and still have the same problem. About a year ago the short shafts were replaced due to u-joint replacement (from previous post) and the...

    Front axle repairs

I am in the process of changing the u-joints in the front axles (since they are the original ones) and in the process of pressing out the old ones, the "cup" part the holds the bearing cup bent :-(. They were so rusted in that while pushing down to get the bottom cup out, it bent the "cup". Is...

    MPGs?

Mine gets a solid 7mpg unloaded with a good tail wind, and thats before I put the snow plow to work or haul firewood. If you're looking for good mileage plan on swapping in different gears and an overdrive trans. You'll loose the low end grunt but gain the mileage.

They won't be an exact replica but they'll work. I mainly need the fully...

I have a WWII M5 bomb trailer that I will be posting for sale in the classified section, but my question is since I've haven't seen too many of these even at some shows, are these that rare or in to bad of shape to take to a show? Mine isn't pretty, but it does roll down the street pretty good...

I guess that not having OD fully intrenched in my blood, I can't find the "submit an Ad" anywhere on the page. Dr Greg, if my company was still doing work on the west coast, I would match it up with your G-506 on our way out there.

Great site! Keep up the good work!! Being a new member to the site, I have a quick question. How do you post a for sale classified item? I saw the thread about posting to the forum, but nothing for the classified. I have an M5 WWII trailer that I would like to offer to the members first before I...
