Are you referring to the phase switch or the AM-VM switch?

Will do. The unit only had 35 hours post reset use when I bought it and it still looks brand new now less than 1200 hours on it total. But I’ll definitely check the wires best I can without taking the case apart. Though if that’s what I need to do I’m not opposed to it Thanks again!

Ok so no battle short then. Also when spraying the deoxit do I need to disassemble the switches or just spray the outside and it will get it? I don’t see how to get it in the phase switch?

Wonder if I should run it with the battle short active since I’ve got it protected with a panel breaker or am I just asking for trouble?

ive got the freezer on a 40amp breaker and that's the only thing on that circuit. there are other breakers in the panel though for lights outlets etc... the only other item that's a large draw will be the Vacuum packing machine which is 120V and draws i think about 20amps when its running

what i don't understand at all is if i have a freezer unit with a max draw of 35amps how in the world did i get an inrush reading of almost 85amps at startup

right sorry 52 amps... inrush current measured i think 85 at startup but immediately dropped down into normal operating range. the 44 amps was from the walk in freezer and 2 ~1500 watt space heaters running. plus lights which draw basically nothing as they are LED. is there a way to adjust...
